Day 2. Morning class. 

Winter season, water element, feminine flow.

 

Day 3. Morning Class

Moving from your comfort zone to your growth zone. 

 

Day 3. Night time. Rolling Yin Yoga with therapy balls.

Class 4. Morning YIN YOGA

Day 5. Venus Yoga.

Full Moon Celebration. 

Please have some massage oil ready if you can for the Breast Massage Ritual.
