Welcome ! I'm Shivani. Along with being a Massage Therapist and Yoga Teacher, I am also a trained Counsellor.Ā  I'm here to help you navigate life's challenges with compassion and expertise in counseling and coaching, utilizing a mind and body (somatic) approach.
