Hi there, I'm Shivani, founder of Wisdom Trainings*, co-founder of the Sunrise Yoga and Meditation Academy (SYAMA)**, creator of Venus Yoga.

I trained in India, Japan, and China and have over 20 years experience teaching  around the world. As a teacher trainer, I specialise in women's wellness and mindfulness for allied health care professionals.
