Gentle practice of coming home to the self, and expanding our awareness of the lungs and breath of life.

 

 

Day 2. Class 2 

Feeling life force energy (Prana or Chi). Learning how to relax and soften the body so you can feel and flow your Prana. Preparing the body for Fish Pose (opening the chest, drawing the shoulders back). Practicing concentration as a stepping stone to meditation. 

 

 

Day 3. Sunrise Class 3.

 

Day 3. Night Yin Yoga. 

 

 

Day 4. Sunrise class.
