How can Meditation help ?

Everyday and every second, your mind is receiving a tremendous amount of information. Why I created this Meditation Series.

 

Before I really got to know and trust my inner voice, I constantly had headaches, felt tired, full of doubt, and discontent. My accomplishments never felt good enough, and I was always wondering, "when can I just chill and feel some inner peace?".

Then I started to meditate under the guidance of my teacher in Japan. He taught me specific inner voice meditations to release confusion and mind chatter. I slowly started to master my intuition, feel better about myself, and create a life I truly love.

A few years ago, I developed a clear and easy method for my yoga students to also hone their intuition, and after much success, I'm bringing this meditation series to you so that no matter where you are in the world you can download the tracks, practice, and be a part of my online intuitive community.

Who am I ?


I'm Shivani. I help high-achieving women, just like you, learn how to meditate correctly to end stress, ease pain, develop mood mastery, create winning mind-sets, and regain peek health.

I've been meditating for 22 years. I studied Zen and Tibetan Buddhist meditation in Japan (where I lived for 11 years), and in India and China  (where I did intense study retreats) other forms of Meditation. Along with yoga and massage, I've taught meditation to thousands of students around the world from Bali to Spain, and I'm co-founder of the Sunrise Yoga & Meditation Academy (SYAMA) in Australia. 

I'm a single mother and a business owner, so perhaps like yourself, don't have a lot of "me-time", but I've found an easy and short way to harness the benefits of meditation, and in this meditation series, I'll show you how you can do this too.

How Do I Get Started ?

In order to reap the of benefits meditation, it is best to be in an alert state and feel relaxed in your body. Repetition of the meditation rituals is also essential.Β 

  • To be alert, good quality sleep is essential.
  • To feel body comfort, physical tension must be released.
  • To master any technique or skill, we need focus, a step by step system, and coaching.
