Morning version (15 mins)

Same, same, but different. Every time we do the Meditation we tend to experience something anew. I don't have a set script so my guidance is always a bit different too. You may hear a word or phrase that resonates differently. Enjoy your practice.

Day 3.

Adding GRATITUDE  and PLEASURE to the 8 Phase Meditation
