*1st limb of Ashtanga Classical Yoga YAMA (affirmations that reflect our true nature).

*1st Yama is AHIMISA (loving kindness / non-violence)

*2nd limb NIYAMA (practices leading to peace) 

*1st NIYAMA is SAUCA (simplicity and purity)

*Root energy vortex MOOLADHARA CHAKRA and the base energy lock (seal) MOOLADHARA.

*Sun Salutation (Surya Namaskara) - Classical version to MANTRA (3 cycles). Music (Surya Namaskara) by Kai Franz. Next uploaded class will use slower drum version.  

*AVIDYA (spiritual amnesia. Forgetting our essential nature as Divine).
