This sequence is our Saturday morning warm-up preparation for seated mindfulness and meditation practice.

Qigong- Energy Cleanse Sequence
- Ground to the earth, Connect with your breath.
- Energy Ball and or Venus Mudra (earthing and connecting)
- Shake and Release + seaweed sway (spinal stimulation)
- Smoothing the meridians
- Lung Cleansing Breath (option to add wide angle squat + twist)

Tune into the heart chakra and the lovers mind
- Seated meditation - choose from one or more of the practices below;
- Focused-attention meditation (FAM), where you focus on one specific thing—it could be your breathing, a sensation in your body or a particular object outside of you.
- Open-monitoring meditation (OMM) -pay attention to all of the things happening within you and or around you—simply notice everything without reacting.
- Heart Based Meditations - Metta (Loving Kindness), Forgiveness Meditation etc.
- Investigate one or more of your mind "hindrances" using R.A.I.N
- Create a positive start or end of your day using M.A.G.I.C
- Write in your journal and record your experiences, insights, and questions for Q&A on Saturday
