If you have a body brush or exfoliating mitt (glove), we will use this on Day 2. If you don't have such tools, no need to worry, bare hands is fine.

Day 1. 

Focus on belly breathing, life-force energy (Qi), liver, and blood flow. 

 

Day 2. 


Please watch the intro about the Lymphatic System.

4 minute mark = warm up and review of qigong sequence to DISCHARGE energy

20 minute mark = to learn the MANUAL LYMPH DRAINAGE (MLD) technique 

24 minute mark = MLD for neck and face

42 minute mark = BODY BRUSHING (whole body)

 
 

Day 3

Today we focus on the breath, breath retention to build up life force energy and sense of peace and union with the Divine. The final Ritual of Liberation (naked yoga) is at the 49 minute mark ! 


 
 

Day 4 . Kundalini Yoga. 

Lymph Node Pump Set. 

A challenging set of movements and yoga poses to stimulate the main lymph node clusters (neck, armpits, groin, knees)

 

DAY 5. YIN YOGA
