Hatha Yoga -Morning (Day time) class
A little extra guidance for a woman who has a solid practice of Yoga, is pregnant and in her first trimester (LIVE class did not have anyone pregnant).
Class focus on posture (use of the wall for 2 asana) and first chakra (earth element) energetics - feeling safe and supported.
Class highlights - throwing a tantrum to let go to fear and anger. This always gets a class more relaxed and connected in community.
Yin Yoga - night class for Spring Cleansing and Root Chakra (earth element)

Hatha Yoga - Sacral (Swadhisthana) Chakra. Morning class.
The importance of beginning class with a "Sankalpa" (sacred intention /resolve). Exploring how we can use breath, movement, sound, and silence (the 4 pillars of Tantra) to transform our aches and pains into pleasure and sweetness. This class includes 3 cycles of the Sun Salutation and after class I leave in the brief talk on voice and Mantra that we had.
Yin Yoga - Sacral (Swadhisthana) Chakra. Night class.
Hatha Yoga - Solar Plexus (Manipura) Chakra. Core strength, courage, and commitment. Morning class 1 of 2
Option to use an exercise ball in this class. Focus on the upward flying seal (Uddiyana Bandha), pelvis stability (clam ex.) and camel pose (Ustrasana).

Early morning class focusing on Prana Mudra, skull shining breath (Kapalabhati), twists, and balancing poses.

Courageously exploring your edge of a shape. Trying different versions of shape stimulation before committing to a shape for an extended period of time.

What does your Truth feel like ? What is your true edge and how does it change throughout the course of time. The peak sequence in this class focuses on Spinal extenion in the sphynx and seal shapes.
