Tuesday. D2. Hatha Yoga.  

The class begins in silence. Listen to the sound of your own voice by starting to hum - the humming breath moves energy through the body and regulates the nervous system. 

 

Venus Yoga

Thursday. D3. 

A soft and gentle practice for connection and healing (you can do anytime of day/night), followed by a dance of celebration and mantra to the great Mama Nature. 

 

Kundalini Yoga
