Class 1 

Theme: Self Sourcing 

Main Rituals: Undulations, 3 Part Breath, Mantra with Movement. 

 

 

Class 2 

A Feminine Embodiment Ritual

This ritual is an experience to express your shadow and light in order to feel your intuitive rhythm, embody your feminine frequency, and learn how to "melt into" poses (asana) when you are doing more traditional yoga classes. 

Other than the witnessing ritual towards the end (Call of the Wild) this video replay will only be of benefit if you participate fully. Watching the video will not allow you to embody your feminine frequency.  If you were in the LIVE version and just wish to revise some of the concepts (or witness yourself), listening and taking notes may be an option.

Other than the witnessing ritual and final mantra, I have covered the screen as a reminder that this is not a video to be watched with the physical eyes. And please rest assured, this web page is only for those in this Venus class and in the SYAMA 8 week training.

Class 4


Express and open to the energies of the Heart Chakra

A relaxing and extended practice of one version of the Breast Massage Ritual (different to the versions offered in the online course NOURISH).

This class is ideal if you are seeking a "winter time", reflective and soothing practice. It is not suitable if you are pregnant, seeking to get pregnant or currently on fertility treatment. If you are menstruating, only do the first direction of the hand movements and trust your intuition. Rest is always best during menstruation but if your breasts are swollen or sore, a short caressing of the breasts may help. 

I recommend doing the whole class if you did not join LIVE. If you did join LIVE and just wish to revisit the Breast Massage Ritual skip to the 31 minute mark. When I can I will record a better audio only 15 minute version for you to do too. xox

Class 5 

De-armouring. An Introduction focusing on inner primal sound and invoking the frequency of Kali Ma.

Introduction to the tantra based technique, called De-armouring, to remove physical, mental and  emotional tension, and feel your energetic and bliss bodies. In this gentle Venus Yoga class, I guide you through  a whole body experience first  so that eventually you can be open to the deeper ritual of Yoni De-armouring - releasing blockages, numbness and pain from your sacred sexual region (Yoni) to increase self connection, confidence, libido, pleasure, wetness, satisfying orgasms, and an experience of your true blissful nature.

Self Yoni De-armouring is essential (I recommend once every few months) and once year, find a trusted and experienced de-armouring massage therapist to receive a Yoni - Karasai Massage - so you can be totally receptive to yourself and the experience.
