This is audio class is best done in the evening or early morning when it is extra quiet. This class is a deep dive into love. I guide you through one of the most powerful reflection practices I know to understand why we humans feel pain and what allows us to feel love and happiness. I'll also guide you through a different version of the Loving Kindness (Metta) Meditation. This is a ritual that is evergreen when we repeat it again and again in it's many forms. Repetition reaps rewards.
There may be tears of release, sadness, love, joy, and peace tonight. Have some tissues, a pen and notebook/journal ready.
