Before your press play

Please have some props ready for support - eg cushions (or yoga bolster), thick book to rest your head on (or yoga block), tennis balls (or therapy balls), eye pillow, and towel or blanket to cover yourself at the end in 'peace pose'.

Remember to come out of the pose when you feel you need to, listen to the sensations of your body, follow your instinctual wisdom.

This live class was recorded using no background music. Listen to the vibration around you as you sink deeper into the core vibration of peace that is always with you.
